Greenfield Water Plant to undergo expansion

The Greenfield Water Reclamation Plant will undergo a $48M expansion to increase capacity and provide increased wastewater treatment services for Mesa and Gilbert.

Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek share ownership of the plant, which began as a lift station in 1999. The facility later underwent a Phase II conversion to a reclamation plant.
