[OP-ED] Dear Amazon: Don’t put your second headquarters in Glendale

An Open Letter to Jeff Bezos:

During this time of the year where time is set aside to give thanks, we have much to be thankful for here in Glendale. Just a few short years ago we were second only to Detroit for having the worst financial conditions in the U.S. Today we enjoy a AAA bond rating, our economy is booming and our future very bright. This future would only be enhanced if Amazon selects our city for its’ second headquarters. You would be worth every penny of the $30 million we have offered to entice you to locate here.
