Willow Creek Apartments back on schedule with new general contractor

Trying to get construction done in “most efficient time-frame possible”

Willow Creek Apartments, a new 160-unit apartment community located at 3137 Willow Creek Road in Prescott, has retained Copper Tree Construction Group LLC (Copper Tree) as its new general contractor. This move comes following many months of delay for the project.

With Copper Tree on board, the project owner — an LLC that simply goes by 3137 Willow Creek Rd. — is working to accelerate construction per plans and specs; comply with United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements; and meet the significant demand for housing in Prescott, according to a news release. (The requirements by HUD must be abided because $17.2 million in HUD financing was secured for the project by Parlay, LLC.)
