Just a couple weeks after Robson Ranch closed on its 1,000th home, the Eloy Planning and Zoning Commission approved the construction of more houses in the retirement community.
Last week the commission gave the go ahead for B&R Engineering for a preliminary plat for 80 residential lots in the subdivision.
This plat is approximately 19¼ acres of land. Commission members initially expressed concern at their Jan. 17 meeting on the safety component for how law enforcement and firefighters were going to be able to get to homes in this area.
