Honk, honk: It’s a rough haul when it comes to commuting to work in Arizona

If you’ve lived in Arizona for any period of time, you know how bad the traffic can get. Well, we have good news for you: It could be worse.

According to a recent study from BestMattress-Brand.org, Arizona ranked as the eighteenth-worst state in the nation for average commute time.

The study found that, on average, it takes Arizonans 25.2 minutes to get to and from work.

For those who use public transportation to get to and from work, your commute time is even worse. The study found that it takes Arizonans an average of 51.3 minutes to commute to their jobs using buses and the light rail.
