Gilbert leaders praise ‘new humble beginning’ with Park University

The Gilbert Town Council last week approved a lease agreement with Park University, which Mayor Jenn Daniels called a “momentous occasion” that gives a taste of the tenants she’d like to see fill out the University Building in downtown.

Park University will occupy 11,000 square feet of the 89,000 square feet building and pay the town nearly $800,000 in rent over three years.
