Another big San Tan home development approved

Two major housing developments, Ware Farms and Bella Vista Farms, have received approval from the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. (Pinal County)

Yet another development has been approved in what appears to be a flood of new housing in San Tan Valley.

The Pinal County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously and without discussion on a recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to rezone 472 acres to accommodate the development of Ware Farms residential community.

The new development comes just after the approval of Bella Vista Farms, which is just to the north of Ware Farms.
