Phoenix sees 6 consecutive months of rent increases

Temperatures aren’t the only things that have been rising in Phoenix.

Rent prices increased 0.4 percent over the past month and 2.2 percent year-over-year, compared with a 1.5 percent growth rate nationwide, according to Apartment List.

This is the sixth straight month that Phoenix has seen rent prices increase after a decline in November 2017.
