A vintage hotel in Jerome is now on the market as a home.

Russ Lyon/Sotheby’s International Realty is listing former “The Little Daisy” Hotel for $6.2 million.

The 3.45-acre, eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom hotel was built in 1919 and Walter Acker and his wife, Lisa, bought it in 1995 for $190,000.

The newly renovated home features 12,000 square-feet of indoor space, a 9,000-square-foot rooftop garden and a 2,600-square-foot garage.

“When Walter and Lisa Acker purchased this historic property, it was a mere shell of a building. Nothing remained. No windows, doors, fixtures, even the roof was removed on the third floor, leaving the building exposed to the elements,” listing agent Donna Chesler said Monday.
