We continue with part 3 of a series outlining what Peoria Economic Development Department calls the city’s premier development sites.
PEDD describes the sites as follows:
“… prime locations for new commercial and retail development. In some cases, these are Planned Area Developments, while others such as Park West and the Vistancia Commercial Core are adjacent to existing centers. These sites are located in high visibility areas of the city …”
Park West
Sixteen acres of vacant land at the Agua Fria Freeway (Loop 101) and Northern Avenue sits adjacent to the Park West lifestyle center. It is zoned PAD, Planned Area Development, mixed-use/commercial.
