Pederson Group successfully bids for 23 acres. With a bid of $7.2 million — an amount considerably higher than the subject parcel’s appraised value — Pederson Group Inc. snatched up State Trust Land located in Phoenix at the NW corner of 35th Ave. and Happy Valley.
