Ballot measure town halls to be held across Arizona

The Arizona Secretary of State’s office plans hold a series of town hall meetings to educate the public about the various propositions that will be on the November ballot.

There will be a total of nine town hall meetings. The first one here in the Valley will be next Wednesday at the Mesa Public Library.

“Information about each ballot measure will be presented at these open public meetings,” Arizona Secretary of State Michele Reagan said in a statement.

“When voters are educated about the issues they feel more comfortable about their voting choices when casting their ballots,” she added. “I hope the voters take advantage of these Town Halls to learn more about the ballot measures.”

The meetings are free and open to the public.
