When we became our own zoning attorney.

1. Yesterday at about 5 pm we noticed a giant pole being erected right outside our office window. More specifically right outside Jordan’s balcony. No notice. No idea what was happening or why.

2. Turns out it was a 20-foot pole with a 12-inch width, a part of a permanent art installation. Hey, we’re all for art…. well-placed art. So we sprung into action… overnight.

3. Check it out. Within a few hours pole is down. Moving. Art and views preserved. They say never be your own lawyer… “they” never met Rose Law Group.
