Realtors and members of the community joined the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) in mid-April to discuss developments in the West Valley. Glendale, Surprise and Peoria emerged as cities with agendas for economic growth.

But economic development doesn’t just magically happen, said Lori German, communications program manager for the Glendale Office of Economic Development.

“There needs to be that plan so we can put in all that infrastructure and all those components that will allow (development),” German explained.
