Luxury villas being planned next to popular Valley golf course

Three of the project’s 14 units have been pre-sold

A 3-acre parcel that abuts the Phoenician Golf Course is being prepped for a 14-unit luxury condominium project in Scottsdale.

The project is called Luxian Scottsdale. Prices for the 2-bedroom villas start at $1.46 million, which will be 2,491 square feet, while prices start at $1.74 million for the 3-bedroom units, at 2,971 square feet.

There is a $25,000 lot premium on five of the locations that only share one wall, said Joanna Wilkins, Realtor for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. But that lot premium price goes up on May 31, she said.
