Chandler to vote on plans for downtown restaurants

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Chandler City Council will vote today on plans to bring two new restaurants to downtown Chandler.

Developer Desert Viking wants to build larger patio spaces as part of the redevelopment of the former Modern Margarita and La Bocca Urban Kitchen property on Boston Street.

The two restaurants closed after a 2017 fire.

Tipsy Egg and The Uncommon are slated to occupy and share the restaurant space after the renovations. Chandler has been looking to bolster its downtown area with more restaurants and shops.
