Riverview development update

Last week the City of Phoenix Planning Commission unanimously approved to recommend a rezoning request to increase the residential zoning density on a 55-acres located near 43rd Avenue and Circle Mountain Road for a proposed subdivision.

The request, which was submitted by developer El Dorado Holdings, to increase the housing density to three homes per acre so 170 new homes can be built for the Riverview development will now move on, seeking final approval from the Phoenix City Council.
