Virtua Partners, a Scottsdale-based private equity group, has named Jeremy Hall the company’s first chief development officer.

Hall previously served as president of MCO Properties, the now shuttered master developer of Fountain Hills.

“This was a very good fit,” Hall said. “Virtua was looking for a senior land development executive — we have a lot of land we need to execute development plans on.”
