Gilbert to vote on residential development near Mormon Temple

The Gilbert Town Council is scheduled to vote tomorrow on a proposed 19.6-acre residential development at Pecos Road and Greenfield roads near the Gilbert Arizona Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Somerset Development Group / LeSueur Investments wants to build 68 single-family detached and attached homes on the parcel at a gated development called The Villas at Somerset.

LeSueur Investments has other land holdings and residential development plans near the Mormon Temple.
