Scottsdale, AZ, July 15, 2019– The Land Agency, Howard Weinstein and Patty Lafferty announced today that Meritage Homes purchased 145 final platted within Marbella Ranch, Parcel 3. The buyer was Meritage Homes. The purchase price was $4,317,600.
This transaction represents Meritage’s third closing within Marbella Ranch. Marbella Ranch is located at the northwest corner of Dysart Avenue and Glendale Avenue in Maricopa County, Arizona. The masterplan community is conveniently located one mile from Luke Airforce Base and six miles from the University of Phoenix Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District.
