Data center sells in Chandler

A Chandler data center has sold for $72.75 million.

CBRE Global Investors acquired the 191,000-square-foot data center at 2500 W. Frye Road in Chandler.

The seller was Lincoln Rackhouse. That is the data center division of Lincoln Property Co.

The data center is fully leased. It is located south of Chandler Boulevard and east of the Loop 101.

CBRE brokers Kristina Metzger and James McCarthy helped broker the deal.
