Gilbert approves rooftop neon signs in restaurant heavy Heritage District

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Gilbert Town Council has voted to allow new neon signs on top of buildings in its popular Heritage District area on Gilbert Road.

The Town Council action will allow rooftop signs that promote the popular restaurant and bar area.

The Heritage District is home to popular restaurants and bars and a new mixed-use development is planned there.

The rooftop signs will promote Gilbert and the restaurant row and not specific businesses.
