Gilbert is getting an upscale corner store from Postino’s co-founders

By Tirion Morris | Arizona Republic

On Friday, Jan. 10, a group of four Phoenix developers announced plans for a new upscale convenience store next door to Epicenter, a multi-use development in Gilbert that broke ground on Thursday.

Called Air Guitar, the store will sell grab-and-go food, coffee, tea, beer, wine and “an elevated product mix,” according to a press release.

The indoor-outdoor neighborhood corner store on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray roads is scheduled to break ground this summer and open in late 2020.
