Medical plaza to be built in Mesa

A medical office plaza is being proposed for an infill parcel in Mesa.

Two medical office buildings are being proposed for a 2.26-acre vacant property at Baseline and Higley Roads. The buildings will total 16,334 square feet.

Site plans are being reviewed by the city of Mesa.

The property is owned by the Morris family and is being designed by Vince Di Bella, Adaptive Architects, Inc.

The parcel is adjacent to other offices and apartments, according to city documents.
