Scottsdale extends medical marijuana hours

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Scottsdale City Council has voted 4-3 to allow medical marijuana dispensaries to stay open longer.

The council approved an ordinance to allow dispensaries to say open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Those businesses currently can be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Jim Lane and Council members Virginia Korte, Suzanne Klapp and Guy Phillips voted for the extended hours. Councilors Solange Whitehead, Linda Milhaven and Kathy Littlefield voted against the longer hours.
