Wickenburg Ranch growth not slowing down

The COVID-19 pandemic and uncertainty about the timeline of a new fire station hasn’t slowed sales at Wickenburg Ranch.

“The last six months have produced the highest sales in the history of our community,” said Chris Haines of Van Tuyl Companies, the community’s developer. “Lately, sales and market share have never been higher.”

Haines said Wickenburg Ranch recently celebrated its 700th home sale.
“We’ve had really big months the last three months,” he said. “We did 25 in each of August and September. And we did 29 in October.”
