Gilbert to give final approvals to Bungalows

The Gilbert Town Council is scheduled to vote on Jan. 5 on final plat approvals for The Bungalows on Ray development at Ray Road and Santan Village Parkway.

The project sits on 14.5 acres at the northwest corner of the intersection. It will have 159 single-story rental units as well as a swimming pool, dog park and clubhouse. Public utility easements are part of the council’s approval vote on Jan. 5.

Scottsdale-based Cavan Companies is developing the site. Cavan has developed other bungalow style rental communities in the Phoenix market.
