New homes proposed adjacent to Tonto National Forest in Scottsdale

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a proposed 52-home residential development adjacent to the Tonto National Forest.

The Joy Ranch gated development is slated for 77.6 acres at Joy Ranch Road and Boulder View Drive.

The residential subdivision is proposed by Sonoran Peaks LLC (an arm of the Lyle Anderson Company).

RVi Planning + Landscape is providing design and architectural services and Kimley-Horn & Associates is bringing engineering services for the residential project.

The City of Scottsdale is being asked for preliminary plat approvals for the development.
