PV officials look to get building pad height under control quickly

The Paradise Valley Planning Commission revisited the topic of building pad heights, providing input on a proposed code amendment to address concerns with residential construction.

The Paradise Valley town staff has presented a change to Town Code to address the immediate issues and concerns for homes built on non-hillside lots.

Town officials say they want to get the proposed code in front of Town Council quickly to quell concerns about the issue.
