Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Agents Debbie Negrin, Jay Pennypacker, and Will Foote represented the seller and Agent Jonathan Friedland represented the buyer. The elaborate 9,892 square foot home sold for $5,000,000. The home accommodates 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, sits on nearly 2 acres and even includes a guest wing with three full suites.
