ViaWest starts construction on 25-acre industrial project

Developer ViaWest Group has started construction on an infill project at Central Avenue and Buckeye Road in Phoenix that includes developable land and a renovation of an existing building.

The project, called Central Logistics Center, sits on a 25-acre site that includes an existing 196,672-square-foot building that is fully leased to Ferguson, a supplier of commercial and residential plumbing supplies. The site also includes a cold storage building that is being renovated as part of the project.
