KB Homes buys in Casa Grande

KB Homes bought 277 lots in Casa Grande for $6,535,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The cost of the land, located at the southwest corner of Peart and McCartney roads in Casa Grande, breaks down to $23,592.06 per lot.

The seller was Val Vista Centers. The lots are part of the Arroyo Vista development in Casa Grande.

The brokers on the deal were Matt Rinzler, Jeremy Lovejoy and Brian Stillman of Insight Land & Investments.
