Mesa to vote on housing development

The Mesa City Council is slated to give final plat approvals for a 145-unit single-family residential development at 110th Street and Williams Field Road.

The development is called Tapestry at Destination and sits on 38.2 acres.

The Resmark Companies (Rescal Destination Gateway 145, LLC) is listed as the developer of the project, according to city documents. Resmark is based in Los Angeles.

The council will vote on the final plat approvals at its May 3 meeting.
