The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board will consider plans for the redevelopment of a restaurant site on Main Street that was destroyed by a fire in 2020.

Casa Ramos Inc. has submitted site plan reviews with the city for development of the restaurant property at 1526 East Main Street in the East Valley.

Plans call for a 5,630-square-foot restaurant to be redeveloped on the site at Main Street near Stapley Drive.

The item is on the board’s April 28 agenda.
