New $15.5M industrial development coming to Mesa’s Gateway area

PHOENIX — A new $15.5 million industrial development consisting of three buildings is coming soon to Mesa’s Gateway area, the city announced Monday.

The new Class A industrial development constructed by Abington Emerson is located at the northwest corner of Ray Road and 71st Street next to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, according to a press release.

The three buildings will have a combined size of 97,121 square feet and sit on 7.25 acres, with an additional 2.2 acres available for a build-to-suit industrial opportunity.
