Development plans filed for next senior living phase next to Fairmont Princess Resort

Development plans have been filed in Scottsdale for the final phase of the Scottsdale Maravilla Senior Living project in North Scottsdale.

The senior living development is adjacent to the Fairmont Princess Resort, Scottsdale TPC Golf Course and CAP Canal.

Plans include 85 new casita independent living units as part of the third and final phase of the project.

Site and project plans and blueprints have been submitted to the City of Scottsdale by SRG Senior Living and the Allen + Philip Partners architecture firm.

Broader development plans have already been approved. The city is being asked to approve site, landscaping and elevation plans for the next phase.
