Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, has broken ground within the Eastmark master planned community in Mesa, Arizona.

Greencourt at Eastmark consists of 48 finished lots, while the upcoming Greenpointe at Eastmark neighborhood consists of 124 finished lots and is slated to break ground this fall. These homes make up the final phase of Eastmark and offer some of the last remaining opportunities to buy in the master planned community.
