Coolidge’s population growth rate No. 1 in county

COOLIDGE — Recent figures released by Central Arizona Governments show that Coolidge’s population by percentage has increased more than any other city in Pinal and Gila counties.

CAG figures show that from July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, Coolidge’s population increased from 13,347 to 14,291 for a 7.7% increase.

By comparison, Casa Grande’s population increased in the same time frame from 53,930 to 56,242 for a 4.3% increase.
