New office building proposed at Mesa Riverview

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board has approved plans for a new proposed office building in the Riverview area near Rio Salado Parkway, Alma School Road and West Bass Pro Drive.

The Mesa panel approved site plans Dec. 15 for a 36,180-square-foot office building proposed for a vacant 2.5-acre parcel.

Mesa Hotel LLC / Batz Properties (John Godbout) is proposing the office building in the Mesa Riverview development for CCS Presentation Systems.

The audio visual services company currently has an office in Scottsdale as well as other offices across the country.

Development plans will next be considered by the Mesa City Council.
