The Annex at Cadence planned in Mesa

A development with three-, four- and five-plex attached single-residence lots is planned east of Ellsworth Road on the south side of Cadence Parkway in Mesa.

Preliminary design for the 6.96-acre development recently was discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

A site plan for the development shows nine three-plex, 12 four-plex and 12 five-plex buildings for a total of 135 lots, according to a Dec. 14 presentation to the board by Staff Planner Jennifer Gniffke.
