New aircraft hanger proposed in Scottsdale

Jet Aviation has submitted plans with the City of Scottsdale for a new 29,400-square-foot aircraft hangar, 9,500-square-foot terminal and 4,200 square feet of support space adjacent to Scottsdale Airport.

The development is called Project Cactus and is located near Greenway Road and 78th Street.

The project will include the demolition of some existing buildings and creation of access drives and ramp access to the airport.

The project is slated for 3.26 acres at 7819 E Greenway Road and a leased portion of city airport-owned land at 14901 North Airport Drive.
