A business park is being proposed for a vacant site fronting Interstate 10 and Citrus Roads in Goodyear, among other projects in the fast-growing city located southwest of Phoenix.
Documents submitted to the city of Goodyear show that Virtua Citrus LLC, the property owner, is looking to develop a 7-acre site with potential commercial, business park and flex industrial or light manufacturing activity.
