New Sprouts coming to Queen Creek

A second Sprouts Farmers Market will anchor the new Vineyard Towne Center at the northwest corner of Combs and Gantzel roads.

In October, Vestar, the largest privately held shopping center owner and manager in the western U.S., announced it was building two retail centers in Queen Creek — Queen Creek Crossing and Vineyard Towne Center.

On Wednesday, March 9, the Queen Creek Planning & Zoning Commission approved Vineyard Towne Center’s Phase I site plan and preliminary plat based on a staff recommendation.
