Rose Law Group Co-founder Court Rich talks to KJZZ about the broad coalition behind Arizona energy choice and competition

This morning Rose Law Group Co-founder, Court Rich, spoke to Mark Brodie on KJZZ’s “The Show” about energy choice and competition and the broad coalition that has emerged to fight against monopoly utility attempts to rewrite the law to forever lock in their monopolies.

Libertarians and conservatives have joined forces with environmentalists and clean energy advocates to protect Arizonan’s right to choose who they use for their electric provider. Hear Court talk about the merits of keeping the current laws in place while describing the unique consumer protections included in Arizona’s constitution. Note that if you listen to the interview, Court wants you to know that the first person interviewed from out of state is just plain wrong about Arizona law and, in fact, even competitive providers are required to have their rates regulated by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
