Construction starts on massive industrial project

Missouri-based VanTrust Real Estate LLC and Willmeng Construction Inc. recently broke ground on a massive industrial park and distribution facility in Peoria.

The 150-acre infill site, called Peoria Logistics Park, is located a couple of miles east of the Loop 101 at the northeast corner of Northern and 75th avenues and will be the largest class A industrial park to be developed in the city.
