Queen Creek council approves final plats on 3 subdivisions

The Queen Creek Town Council approved the final plats for two housing subdivisions and one commercial project at its July 20 meeting.

The final plats were approved as part of the council’s consent agenda.

Madera Center
QC 320 Commercial Land I LP received approval of its final plat for a commercial four-lot subdivision.
The more than 23-acre project is at the southeast corner of Signal Butte and Queen Creek roads. The subdivision is zoned for commercial uses of medium intensity (C-2) and medium density residential (MDR).

This project will have direct access from two driveways on Signal Butte Road and two driveways on Queen Creek Road. The remaining offsite improvements will be constructed with the project, according to a staff report.
