Queen Creek council approves of Legado West final plats

The Queen Creek Town Council has approved final plats for a new residential subdivision.

As part of its consent agenda, the council unanimously voted on Wednesday Oct. 19 to approve a request by Pulte Homes for the final plats for Legado West Phases 1 and 2.

Legado West Phases 1 and 2 total 319 lots in a single-family residential subdivision on about 70.5 gross acres located at the southwest corner of Ocotillo and Power roads, according to a staff report.

Phase 1 will have 232 lots on 56 acres. Phase 2 will have 87 lots on 14.5 acres.
