Villas at the Gin project requests review permit

An architecture firm has requested a major Development Review Permit for a 195-apartment complex.

Stewart + Reindersma Architecture made the request for Villas at the Gin, proposed for approximately 13 acres on the southeastern corner of West Edison Road and North Estrella Parkway.

Interested parties may ask questions and make comments regarding the proposed development during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 6 p.m. on May 8 in City Council chambers, 39700 W. Civic Center Plaza in Maricopa. Contact Alexander Boswo
