Rezoning to industrial being considered in Goodyear

The city of Goodyear is considering a rezoning application from commercial to industrial near the Sedella and Pebble Creek communities. 

The request would see the area rezone 30.3 acres from general commercial (C-2) to light industrial near the intersection of Indian School and Citrus Roads. An approval would facilitate the development of a four-building industrial park.
