ARCO Construction Company (ARCO) held a groundbreaking ceremony recently to begin Phase 3 of the Level Crossing Masterplan development with partners Hardy World, LLC and Silver Creek Development.

The ceremony took place at the Level Crossing Masterplan site, located at 13550 N. Dysart Road, Surprise, Arizona. Situated on a 12.03-acre site, the third and final phase of the Level Crossing Masterplan development is a speculative warehouse totaling 150,615 SF.

The warehouse is geared toward logistics and distribution with the potential to be divided into three tenant spaces for maximum flexibility.

“This is our third project working with ARCO and our first working with Hardy World. We are really excited about this. We develop across the Valley and focus on the small box; 50,000- to 150,000-square-feet spaces,” said Silver Creek Development industrial development and construction program Director Bob Micera. “It’s been a great opportunity for us to come in and join ARCO and Hardy World completing the final leg of this three-building complex.
